Inspection and replacing HVAC filters in ceilings (as needed), cleaning vent covers. Customer supplies filters or upgrade to premium service for additional $20.00/mo to include filters.

Electrical
Testing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs); replacing batteries as needed (batteries included); and checking for visible signs of frayed cords or faulty outlets.
